JPE Employer Brand｜Outstanding Employee Selection: Because of You, We Are Stronger!

At JPE, we believe that the growth and strength of a company do not come from the brilliance of any one individual, but from the collective efforts of every member of the team. This May, during Labor Day, we held a meaningful event at our Kunshan office: the “JPE Outstanding Employee” selection and recognition. This was not only a ceremony to celebrate our employees, but also an opportunity for the team to see and understand one another.



The design of this event stems from our deep understanding and emphasis on “organizational culture.” We divided the awards into four categories: Best Partner, Innovation Star, Collaboration Star, and Best Newcomer. Behind each goal lies a value that JPE cherishes: Practical and reliable, Pursuit of excellence, Precision innovation, and Sustainable development.



Through open voting and self-recommendation by all colleagues, every recognition came from the most genuine observations and feelings, further promoting understanding and connection among coworkers.

In this seemingly simple recognition event, what we care more about is the “cultivation of culture.” When colleagues are willing to actively nominate others and recount each other’s efforts and achievements, the trust and relationships between them quietly deepen. It’s not just about applauding those who received awards on stage—it’s a process of learning from and appreciating one another through daily work, thereby forming a sense of teamwork that belongs to JPE.

To more completely record this touching experience, we also specially filmed personal interview videos for each award recipient, inviting them to share their stories and thoughts. These videos are like scenes of sincere conversations, allowing more people to see that being outstanding is not only about remarkable results, but also about the heartfelt dedication, persistence, and companionship shown in everyday work.
