With the rapid transformation of the automotive industry driven by new energy technologies, ferrule fittings are facing new applications and challenges. In many new energy vehicle systems, these fittings are commonly used in hydrogen storage systems to connect hydrogen cylinders with the hydrogen delivery pipelines leading to fuel cells. Because hydrogen is highly flammable and its extremely small molecules can easily leak during transmission, the pipelines must operate safely under high pressure while withstanding continuous vibrations caused by vehicle movement. These demanding conditions place strict requirements on the durability and reliability of every component in the system.
