JPE Annual Review｜Message from the General Manager

This year, the epidemic is over, and the prelude to 2023 has begun. JPE has also followed the footsteps of the world and happily ushered in the dawn that everyone has been looking forward to for many years. With the rapid development of business activities, we foresee a new era of more active business transactions in the industry in 2020, and I am happy to finally return to the long-lost normal life.

2022 is a year full of challenges. The ups and downs of the epidemic are full of uncertainties, and we are all under great pressure to complete our tasks.  Here, I would like to thank the cooperation and support of the grassroots colleagues of JPE.  Whether it is Kaohsiung, Kunshan or Zhangjiagang offices, they all show a high level of teamwork.  Even in such a difficult situation, through the concerted efforts of everyone, once again handed over a brilliant report card.

It is not easy for enterprises to maintain competitiveness through self-discipline and internal recognition. In particular, it requires the joint efforts of multiple departments to promote the growth of a brand.  At the beginning of last year, we made up our minds to deepen the development of new energy and semiconductor industries.  In the past 2022, we completed the EC-79 certification, got admission tickets for the new energy industry, and participated in the grand event of the semiconductor exhibition, expanding the industry layout and performance.  As said and thought last year, JPE paid more attention to product quality, accelerated the task of product optimization, and enhanced the competitiveness of the overall enterprise.

Next, there will be more tasks for technology research and development and product innovation, and 2023 will be the year of JPE's take-off.  We will focus more on the following topics:
1. Continue to strengthen product iterations and maintain high competitiveness in the industry
2. Make every effort to crack down on counterfeiting and prevent cross-selling, and create a healthy commercial sales system
3. Guided by technology development, realize the efficient results of customized requirements
4. Create a forward-looking happy enterprise, establish a sustainable culture, and actively give back to the society

To continue to be successful, JPE team members need to be always more conscientious and cautious. After this holiday season of saying goodbye to the old and ushering in the new, unprecedented possibilities and eager anticipation are about to unfold. Let us look forward to a more exciting year together!
